STD Testing and Treatment

At Oceana Community Health, we’re more than just a clinic — we’re a safe, welcoming space where your sexual health is treated with the respect and care it deserves.

We believe that everyone deserves access to culturally-sensitive, judgment-free healthcare, and we’re proud to be a trusted partner in your wellness journey. HIV Prevention and Treatment

At Oceana Community Health, we are committed to providing comprehensive, compassionate, and stigma-free HIV care. As a trusted community partner, we proudly offer a safe and affirming space for individuals infected or affected by HIV — and for anyone seeking to take control of their sexual health.

Our HIV services include:

We also offer powerful tools for HIV prevention:

PrEP (Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis) is a safe and highly effective method for preventing HIV before exposure. Taken as a daily pill or administered as a long-acting injectable, PrEP is over 99% effective when used as prescribed. At Oceana, we offer both oral and injectable PrEP options tailored to your lifestyle and preferences.

PEP (Post-Exposure Prophylaxis) is an emergency medication taken after a possible exposure to HIV. It must be started within 72 hours of exposure, and our team is here to guide you through that process quickly and confidentially.

PrEP and PEP are for everyone — regardless of age, gender, sexual orientation, or relationship status. Whether you’re just exploring your options or ready to get started, our providers are here to help you make empowered, informed decisions about your health.

We believe protecting your health should always come without judgment — and with dignity, clarity, and support.
