At Healthy Families, Healthy Communities 2025, Oceana Community Health delivered free health screenings and expanded our nutrition assistance program to strengthen the wellbeing of local families. By combining preventive care with access to healthy foods, we helped empower individuals to take charge of their health and build stronger, more resilient communities.
Oceana Community Health exists to advance health equity by delivering compassionate, community-rooted care that addresses the whole person — body, mind, and circumstance. We work to eliminate barriers, reduce stigma, and promote wellness through prevention, education, treatment, support, and strategic partnerships.
Our vision is a world where no one is left behind — where chronic disease is managed, sexual health is normalized and protected, and every person, regardless of background or income, has access to the care, dignity, and opportunity they deserve.
We offer a sliding fee discount program based on income and family size. No one is denied access to services due to inability to pay.
