On World AIDS Day 2024, Oceana Community Health honored those impacted by HIV/AIDS by expanding access to free, confidential HIV testing across our communities. The event brought neighbors, providers, and advocates together in a united effort to reduce stigma, encourage early detection, and connect individuals with the care and prevention tools they deserve.

We work to eliminate barriers, reduce stigma, and promote wellness through prevention, education, treatment, support, and strategic partnerships.
Our vision is a world where no one is left behind — where chronic disease is managed, sexual health is normalized and protected, and every person, regardless of background or income, has access to the care, dignity, and opportunity they deserve.
We offer a sliding fee discount program based on income and family size. No one is denied access to services due to inability to pay.
